Matthew, Mao Zhou
Assistant President



Mr. Matthew, Mao Zhou graduated from Dalian Fishery Institute as the Port Design and Construction major in 1982.
He was first assigned to do research work in port design at Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences. One year later, he took part in the founding of the Computer Center of the Academy, and was engaged in the research and development of computer application systems till he left in the end of 1988. In 1988, he joined the Asian headquarter of the American computer company Digital Equipment Corporation in Hong Kong and worked there for three years. In the end of 2000, invited by Mr. Wang Zhidong, the founder of the Sina.com, he joined Sina.com as Executive VP and was in charge of its marketing and sales function.
He has joined HiChina as the assistant president, in charge sales and marketing and focus on new established B2B web site www.mymai.com, since April 2005. Before joining this company, he had been the CEO of Beijing Well-Star Computer Security & Protection Tech. Co., Ltd. since August 2004, and as the COO he had also worked in a state owned company China International Trade and Economy Network Communication Co., Ltd. for one year.

Peter X.C. Wang
Director, Human Resources and Administration



Mr. Peter X.C. Wang joined HiChina in 2000, since then he has made constructive contributions in the establishment of regularized management system of the company, in scopes of budget management, system management, cost control, enterprise culture and strategy implementation. During this process, he presented outstanding management capacity and leadership ability. He is dedicated to making further effort to future development of the company. Mr. Wang possesses rich experience in human resources management and enjoys very high reputation in this field. Prior to joining HiChina, Mr. Wang held senior management positions in HR function in HP China, Reuters Group Hong Kong, and Sky-sailing (HK) Company.
Mr. Wang graduated from the Department of Education of Beijing Normal University in 1982; afterwards he received a master¡¯s degree in Education in Hong Kong.

Jessie W.J. Ma
Vice President of Sales



Ms. Jessie W.J. Ma is currently leading the sales team of HiChina. She is witness to the establishment and development of the company and has made prominent contributions to the company in terms of business development, customer service and sales growth.
Ms. Jessie W.J. Ma joined HiChina in 1997, and she has dedicated herself to the development of effective sales channel system of the company and thus built a solid ground for establishing the No. 1 vender in the industry.
In the year 1999, Ms. Jessie W.J. Ma created the customer service department as well as the customer service flow successfully. This innovation advanced the quality of customer service of the whole company.
On the position of sales VP, Ms. Jessie W.J. Ma led the effort to increase the domain name sale by four times within the year 2000. This helped the company occupied a favorable position in the market and stayed successful after the dotcom crash.
Before joining HiChina in 1997, she was one of the first professional futures brokers in China.
Ms. Ma graduated from the Mechanics Department of Chongqing University in 1995. At the same time she also received graduation diploma from the Industrial Accounting Department of Southwestern University of Finances.

Lihong Tang
Vice President of Technology



Ms. Lihong Tang joined HiChina in August 2001. She has since then made valuable contributions in optimizing internal process, enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining operational database. Within the updated company system, She is leading her team in pursuit of consistently improving customer service quality. Ms. Tang has been in the IT industry for many years. Prior to joining HiChina, she held senior management positions in Xintai Science & Technology Company and Palminfo Information Technology Ltd. for years.
Ms. Tang graduated from the computer software institute of China Academy of Sciences in 1983.

Amy H.M. Gao
Financial Controller



Ms. Amy H.M. Gao joined HiChina as Financial Controller in 2002. She has made important contributions in accounting system regulation, cost accounting and financial analysis. She is now leading her staff in the financial consolidation process of the company. Prior to joining HiChina, Ms. Gao was accounting department manager of Lexicomp electronic Co. Ltd and Triumph Plaza Property Management Center, China Merchants Property Management Co. Ltd consecutively.
Ms. Gao received a Bachelor degree from the Economics Management Department of North China University of Technology in 1991. Subsequently she got the Accountant Qualification Certificate and CPA Certificate.
